We create niche software solutions with and for niche businesses. Our role is to build the perfect tool you need, using your industry expertise as our guide through continuous feedback and iteration.
We absorb all development costs until your software solution is live and profitable. You owe us nothing if the project doesn't reach profitability within the agreed timeframe.
In select cases where it makes strategic sense, we may offer to invest in and build the company together with exceptional clients. This is not the default arrangement and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
You retain all rights to your business processes, methods, and proprietary knowledge. We claim no ownership over your core business IP.
Ownership of the developed software, code architecture, and technical implementation will be determined based on the specific arrangement agreed upon for each project. This may vary depending on the service model and any strategic investment arrangements.
You can stop working with us anytime, no questions asked. Upon termination, the handling of software assets will be addressed according to the specific terms established for your project.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
We guarantee professional-grade software development. If our initial build doesn't meet enterprise standards, we'll rebuild it at no cost to you.
Fat Pitch Strategy's liability is limited to the revenue share received from the partnership. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Cyprus.
